i can not register my maxidas ds708 from the scanner. please help

I am able to log in from my computer without any problem. but when I try to sign in from the scanner to complete the registration process, it won't go any further, I had spend multiples hours to find the problem without any success. please somebody help me. thank you. -

Ok the tool can only be registered once, is best done from a pc/laptop, the tool serial
number and password will be required, this isformation is found within the tool, log in
to autel with your registered id and password, if not registered do so, then register the
tool using the serial and password found in the tool. Wait about 15 minutes then
update your tool, all updates should now be available. Use your ethernet/land cable for
best results. Good luck
